I would like to start off by thanking you and your staff for the commitment and effort put forth during the construction of me and my sons pool. The pool has made such a positive impact on our backyard. I, no longer keep the blinds closed now my blinds are always open so that I can see my beautiful pool.

Prior to selecting Exquisite Pools to construct our pool I had contacted several different pool companies some seamed disinterested because of the slope of my yard and others seemed more interested in selling me the “extras” that understanding my needs and budget.

My first meeting with your sales person Butch was very informative. I didn’t feel like there was any pressure to sign a contract. Butch also took the time to understand my needs and my budget. During my first meeting with Butch I had mentioned to him several items I thought would be nice to have Butch was very knowledgeable explaining the difference between “luxury” and what features would be beneficial and enjoyable. Butch was very helpful getting me the features I would enjoy the most all while staying in budget. Butch was upfront regarding the price of the pool and the contract from the beginning and to top it off Exquisite came in with a lower price for a similar designed pool.

I was home for most of the construction process and able to meet most of your employees. The employees were very professional and appreciative of food and drinks I left out for them. I never saw any of your employees sitting around when they were on the job site they were working. The employee that managed the pool for the 30 days after the pool was filled was also very informative and helpful in explaining the maintenance and cleaning process and procedures.

I am very glad that I chose Exquisite pools for the construction of my pool and my sons pool. We are looking forward to using the pool this summer.”

“When we decided to put in a pool in New Smyrna Beach, I did a lot of research. A lot. It was a big purchase and I felt like I couldn’t get too many estimates, learn too much about potential pool finishes, chlorination systems, etc. I met with a lot of pool contractors and pool salesmen.

Immediately Casey from Exquisite Pool was different. He wasn’t interested in upselling me on a spa, fountain, and high end decking. He was happy to build the no-frills pool we wanted, suggesting only minor changes that turned out to be some of our favorite features, and weren’t additional expenses. He was really frank about pool finishes and which upgrades were a waste of money. He was the definition of a “straight shooter,” which is a trait I really value in a contractor.

When the time came to make a decision, Casey took us on a tour of pools he’d built in the DeLand area. Immediately we noticed a few of things: 1) These weren’t just pools built in the last six months. Some of them were 5-6 years old, still looked great, and Casey was proud of them. 2) Everyone was happy to see him and gushed about what a great job Exquisite did with their pool. 3) Casey was happy to help people out, long after he’d finished up the job. At one house we were stopping both to inspect the pool and so Casey could drop off his pressure washer so the owner could clean off his pool enclosure.

Our pool came in exactly at the price Exquisite Pool quoted (aside from an upgrade we suggested at the last minute that he graciously accommodated) and on time. He was in frequently communication about the stages of construction (since we weren’t around during it). We absolutely love it and everyone who’s come over to swim has remarked about how good it looks.

I don’t hesitate to recommend Exquisite Pool & Spa to friends considering putting in a pool anywhere from Orlando to New Smyrna and will hire him again in a heartbeat when the time comes to build a pool at my house in Orlando.”
